The fifth annual Concert for Eli will be held Nov. 11 at the Romeo Masonic Temple from 6-11 p.m. The event honors the memory of Eli Parks, a music student at Wayne State University, who died tragically in 2002. All proceeds go toward a music scholarship created in Parks' name at WSU.
